摘 要:有翅蚜产生是蚜虫适应环境变化的重要策略,多种因子诱导有翅蚜的形成。本文研究了温度、拥挤度、母代效应和天敌对棉蚜有翅蚜形成的影响程度。结果表明:在21-30℃温度范围内内,温度与翅蚜比例呈线性关系,21℃形成有翅蚜比例最高,约为10%;棉蚜拥挤度与有翅蚜比例成正相关;温度与拥挤度2因子的正交试验也进一步证实了低温、高拥挤度组合更有利于有翅个体的形成。母代效应对棉蚜F1代有翅蚜的形成有显著性影响,天敌胁迫促进有翅个体的形成。生物因子及非生物因子共同作用影响有翅蚜的形成,但在以后的研究中需要从分子水平上关注两者内在互作关系。Wing development in aphids is one of the important strategies for adaptation to environmental change;multiple factors influenced the percentage of aphid alates.The factors causing the production of alates in Aphis gossypii Glover were studied under laboratory conditions.The results indicated that there was a linear relationship between the percentage of alate and temperature from21℃to 30℃,and the percentage of alates developing at21℃ was the highest.The crowding of the 1st instar nymphs was positively correlated with the proportion of alate production.By orthogonal test,the group with low-temperature and high-crowding produced more winged individuals.Maternal effects could have significant effects on F1 alate percentage.Moreover,predator-induced stress produced a higher proportion of winged offspring.Alate development was affected by interactions between biotic and abiotic factors,and more attention should be paid to the correlations at the molecular level.
