摘  要:随着三维扫描技术的迅猛发展,其在许多领域都得到了广泛应用;将三维扫描技术应用于陶瓷薄胎的数控雕刻中,解决了超薄陶瓷形状变形不一的建模、定位和易破碎等诸多问题。介绍了如何应用光栅式拍照三维扫描仪对陶瓷薄胎素坯进行在线扫描,以及后续的数据处理和数控雕刻程序的生成过程。三维扫描技术在陶瓷薄胎数控雕刻中的应用,使极为脆弱的异形超薄陶瓷的数控加工成为可能,成功替代了传统陶瓷薄胎的手工雕刻,并且大大提高了产品质量和生产效率,对薄胎陶瓷装饰的个性化和批量化生产具有重要意义。With its rapid development, the 3-D scanning technology has been used in many important fields; its application to CNC engraving on eggshell ceramics can solve its inconsistent shaping, hard positioning, easy breaking. The paper described the application of a 3-D raster scanner in online scanning of eggshell ceramics, the subsequent data processing and the generation of a CNC program for relief carving. The CNC engraving based on the 3-D scanning technology on eggshell ceramics makes possible the numerical machining on extremely fragile irregular-shaped ultrathin ceramics; it can successfully replace traditional hand engraving on eggshell ceramics, improve its product quality and production efficiency, and contribute significantly to the personalized decoration and mass production of eggshell ceramics.
