摘  要:陕西某钼矿矿石性质复杂,有用矿物辉钼矿嵌布粒度细,以片状、浸染状、薄膜状、脉状分布,属难选钼矿石。经详细的药剂制度、流程对比试验,最终采用新型调整剂TZ-10和捕收剂TM-8,使钼得到了有效回收。从含钼0.098%的原矿中,获得钼精矿含钼43.21%、钼回收率69.51%的技术指标。It is a complex and refractory molybdenum ore located in Shaanxi, and the valuable mineral of molybdenum is finely disseminated and distributed in the form of flake shape, disseminated shape,thin film shape and vein type which belongs to refractory molybdenum ore. Through comprehensive comparison of reagent system and flowsheet test,finally two novel reagent of regulator TZ-10 and collector TM-8 were adopted to comprehensively recover molybdenum. Finally the concentrate of molybdenum was obtained through closed-circuit test with grade of 43.21% and recovery of 69.51% from the raw ore grade of 0.098%.
