特大型320m^3浮选机在某铜钼矿的应用实践

摘　　要：特大型320 m3浮选机在工业生产上首次实现规模化应用,经过一年多运行,设备运转连续稳定,浮选技术指标优越,浮选作业成本得到降低。在铜原矿品位0.348%的情况下,获得铜精矿品位21.50%、铜回收率86.30%的技术指标,与同期160 m3浮选机生产铜精矿品位提高0.71%,铜回收率提高0.68%,年多回收铜金属量294.66 t,为企业创利润1 473.3万元。大型高效化设备在生产实践中起到的提高技术指标、降低生产作业成本,提高企业市场竞争力作用愈加明显。Scale application of 320 m^3 super large-scale flotation machine was firstly realized in industrial production,after one year of operation,the flotation equipments runs continuously and stably,and the flotation technical indicators is good and operating cost has been reduced. The copper concentrate grading 21.50% Cu was obtained with copper recovery of 86.30% when the ore contains 0.348% Cu,and compared with the concentrate produced by 160 m^3 flotation machine at the same period,the grade and recovery of copper concentrate was improved by 0.71% and 0.68% respectively,and more than 294.66 t of copper metal was recycled and 14.733 million yuan profit for the enterprise was earned per year. The large scale equipments applied in the production practice have obvious advantages of improving the flotation indicators and decreasing the operating cost,and the competitive power of the enterprise has been enhanced.
