摘  要:针对铅锌矿浮选和浮选起泡剂的应用现状,研制出了新型浮选起泡剂750B。小型浮选对比试验及工业应用试验结果表明,在不改变工艺流程、不改变其它药剂制度的前提下,仅用750B起泡剂代替松醇油,在铅精矿铅品位相近时,可使铅回收率提高2.02个百分点;在锌精矿锌品位相近时,锌回收率提高0.22个百分点,经济和社会效益显著。According to the lead and zinc flotation and the application condition of frother,a novel frother of 750B has been invented. Lab small scale and industrial application test results show that without changing the process structure and reagent system,replacing terpenic oil with 750B,the lead recovery could be improved by 2.02% when the raw ore grade was approximately equal, and zinc recovery could be increased by 0.22% when the concentrate grade was approximately equal.
