阶段性护理干预在重症急性胰腺炎患者急救中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨重症急性胰腺炎患者的护理方法。方法:对32例重症急性胰腺炎患者给予阶段性护理干预。结果:患者均有不同程度的恢复,无死亡病例。手术干预率为25.0%(8/32),并发症率发生为21.8%(7/32),并发症主要为腹泻、休克和呼吸衰竭。平均住院天数(28.0±10.5)d。结论:对重症急性胰腺炎患者实施阶段性护理能减少并发症,提高患者舒适度,值得在临床上推广。Objective：To explore the nursing experience on severe acute pancreatitis patients.Method：32 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were given periodic nursing intervention.Result：Patients had different degrees of recovery,no deaths.Surgical intervention at a rate of 25.0%（8/32）,complication rate was 21.8%（7/32）,complications mainly were diarrhea,shock and respiratory failure.The average hospitalization （28.0±10.5）days.Conclusion：Implement periodic nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis,can reduce the complications,improve patient comfort,is worth popularizing in clinic.
