PPH和传统的手术治疗重度痔疮的疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的:对比PPH和传统手术治疗重度痔疮的疗效。方法:收集2008年3月-2012年7月笔者所在医院行PPH治疗的重度痔疮患者68例;传统手术组选取同时期行传统手术方法的重度痔疮患者48例,对两组的治疗有效率、并发症、随访结果等进行对比分析。结果:PPH组手术时间、住院时间、恢复时间分别为(15.3±2.5)min、(3.7±1.4)d、(7.6±4.3)d明显少于传统手术组的(37.0±3.4)min、(6.8±2.3)d、(31.6±10.3)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PPH组并发症发病率少于传统手术组,1年后随访结果总有效率要好于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PPH手术比传统手术治疗重度痔疮治疗效果好,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To compare the curative effect of PPH and traditional surgical in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Method：68 cases of severe hemorrhoids from March 2008 to July 2012 in our line in the treatment of PPH were collected,48 cases of severe hemorrhoids were selected at the same time in the treatment of the traditional surgical method as traditional surgery group.Two groups of efficient,complications and follow-up results were analyzed.Result：The operation time,length of hospital stay,recovery time in the PPH group respectively （15.3±2.5）min,（3.7±1.4）d,（7.6±4.3）d,they were significantly less than traditional surgery group （37.0±3.4）min,（6.8±2.3）d,（31.6±10.3）d,there had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Complications incidence of PPH group was less than traditional surgery group,after a year of follow-up the total effect was significantly better than traditional surgery group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment effect of PPH surgery is better than traditional surgery in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
