摘　　要：目的：探讨优质护理服务对抑郁症患者治疗依从性、满意度及睡眠质量的影响。方法将211例抑郁症患者随机分为两组。两组均予以常规治疗及常规护理，研究组在此基础上予以优质护理服务。观察治疗全程。于干预前后，评定两组患者治疗依从性、睡眠质量，并调查患者满意度。结果优质护理干预后，研究组治疗依从性、睡眠质量显著优于对照组（P＜0．01），患者满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论对抑郁症患者实施优质护理服务能显著提高患者的治疗依从性和满意度，改善患者的睡眠质量。Objective To explore the influences of quality nursing service on treatment compliance ,satisfaction and sleep quality of patients with depression .Methods A total of 211 depression patients were randomly assigned to two groups .Both groups received routine treatment and nursing ,research group was plus quality nursing service .Whole course of treatment was ob-served .Before and after intervention treatment compliances and sleep qualities were assessed and patients ’ satisfac-tions investigated .Results After quality nursing intervention treatment compliances and sleep qualities were sig-nificantly better （P〈0 .01） and patients’ satisfaction higher （P〈0 .01） in research than control group .Conclusion Quality nursing service could raise patients ’ treatment compliance and satisfaction notably and improve sleep quali-ty .
