非现实乐观主义与医学大学生不健康生活方式关系研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨医学大学生不健康生活方式的内在非认知原因，为大学生健康行为培养提供依据。方法将194名医学大学生中无吸烟行为且作息规律者106名设为健康组，生活方式不健康者88名设为不健康组，对两组采用生活事件问卷进行测评分析。结果健康组8个积极事件判断分＞3分，不健康组为10个；两组12个消极事件可能性判断分均＜3分。两组大学生对积极事件判断差异有显著性（P＜0．01），对消极事件判断差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论生活方式不健康的大学生评价不健康生活方式对自我的影响存在乐观偏差，表现出非现实的乐观倾向。Objective To explore the internal non-cognitive reasons of medicine students towards unhealthy lifestyle in order to provide the basis for college students ’ healthy behavior training .Methods 106 of 194 medical college students without smoking behavior and with disciplinary work and rest were assigned to healthy group and 88 ones with unhealthy lifestyle to unhealthy group ,as-sessments conducted with the Life Events Questionnaire （LEQ） .Results Positive life events of judgment scores 〉 3 were 8 in healthy group and 10 in unhealthy group .Possible judgement scors of both groups on 12 negatine erents were〈3 .There were significance in group judgment differences in positive life events （P〈0 .01） and no in the negative （P〉0 .05） .Conclusion College students with unhealthy lifestyles have optimistic bias in evaluating the influences of unhealthy lifestyles on self and show unrealistic optimism tendency .
