摘　　要：本文针对地方高校科协建设与发展的现状,讨论分析其成因,并以南昌大学为例提出几点思考和政策建议,以待提升地方高校科协对于广大科技工作者的作用,从而达到推动高校科技工作和服务地方经济社会发展的目的。In view of the current situation of the construction and the development of College Association of Science and Technology in local university, this paper discusses the cause of the situation and raises a few ideas and suggestions by taking Nanchang University as the example. Along with the effect that scientific and technology workers play more important roles in local university, it will eventually motivate science and technology work in university and local economic and social development.
