基于“三位一体”农协的商业信托土地流转模式分析

摘　　要：该文分析了单纯商业土地信托流转存在的交易缺陷,提出了新型"三位一体"农协参与土地信托流转模式,论述了农协与商业信托公司的合作模式对农村土地流转效率及农村土地的资本化与市场化所起到的推动作用。Through the analysis of the transaction defects existing in the pure business trust land circulation,the new mode of land trust circulation is put forward in which the rural association of trinity participate. This paper discusses the push effect of the cooperation pattern of the rural association of trinity and the business trust company on the efficiency of rural land circulation and the capitalization and marketization of rural land.
