知识对山东半岛蓝色经济区可持续发展能力支撑研究

摘　　要：从知识要素及其作用机制的角度,探讨知识要素对山东半岛蓝色经济区可持续发展能力影响的内在逻辑。在对支撑山东半岛蓝色经济区可持续发展的区域内知识要素与区域外知识要素进行梳理的基础上,对通过搭建知识网络和共享平台,促进知识的聚集、共享、创新与转化,提高海洋科技对经济发展的支撑能力,包括海洋科技能力和支撑发展能力的核心作用机制进行了构建与描述。From the perspective of knowledge elements and its functioning mechanism,this paper discussed the influence of knowledge elements on the sustainable development ability of the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula. Through detailed discussion on knowledge elements both inside and outside of the economic zone,the core mechanism is designed and described of promoting the gathering,sharing,innovation and transform of knowledge through building knowledge network and sharing platform to enhance the support of marine technology to the economic development,including the capability of marine technology and supporting development.
