青岛市民有声语言使用状况调查与分析

摘　　要：通过问路调查和问卷调查,对青岛市民有声语言使用状况进行了定量研究与定性分析:当前,普通话已引起青岛市民的重视,但使用率低于全国平均水平;青岛话在普通市民阶层中仍占有优势,原住民具有方言优越感;青岛市民语言文明水平有待提高。鉴于此,需采取措施提升青岛城市有声语言形象:依法推普,推动外部语言交际普通话化;自觉自律,促进青岛语言文明;推广普通话与保护本土语言并行,实现语言关系和谐化。By asking- the- way investigation and questionnaire survey,the quantitative research and qualitative analysis are made to analyze the use of Qingdao citizens＇ spoken language. At present,mandarin has aroused Qingdao citizens＇ attention,but the use rate is lower than the national average level. Qingdao dialect is still in a dominant position in the citizen class,and the indigenous people have a sense of dialect superiority. Qingdao citizens＇ language civilization need to be improved. Therefore,the measures to improve the image of Qingdao spoken language are as follows： to popularize mandarin in accordance with the law and promote external communication with mandarin; to promote Qingdao language civilization with self- consciousness and self- discipline; to popularize mandarin in parallel with protecting Qingdao dialect to achieve a harmonious relationship between them.
