康复新液联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨康复新液联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果.方法 选取广州医科大学附属深圳沙井医院的89例带状疱疹患者,采用完全随机分组法将其分为观察组（46例）和对照组（43例）.观察组给予康复新液10 ml口服,3次/d,联合泛昔洛韦0.25 g口服,3次/d治疗,对照组单独采用泛昔洛韦0.25 g口服,3次/d.2组疗程均为7d,观察2组总有效率,患者疼痛减轻时间、疼痛消失时间及皮疹干涸结痂时间、有无神经后遗痛及不良反应.结果 观察组7d时总有效率均高于对照组[84.8％（39/46）比62.8％（27/43）],差异有统计学意义（x2=5.61,P＜0.05）.观察组疼痛减轻时间、疼痛消火时间及皮疹干涸结痂时间均明显短于对照组[（1.3±0.5）d比（3.4±1.2）d,（4.2±1.6）d比（6.3±1.5）d1,（6.5±1.9）d比（8.2±1.7）d],差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.01）.观察组患者未出现后遗神经痛及不良反应,对照组出现2例后遗神经痛,2例胃肠道不适.结论 康复新液联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹效果确切.Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with famciclovir treating herpes zoster.Methods Eighty-nine patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into observation group （46 cases） and control group （43 cases）.The observation group was given Kangfuxin liqiud combined with famiciclovir,while the control group was given famciclovir.The course of treatment was seven days.The total effective rate,pain relief time,pain disappear time,scab in rash time,post-herpetic neuralgia and adverse reaction of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group after treatment of 7 days was higher than that of control group [84.8% （39/46） vs 62.8% （27/43）],there were significant differences （x2 =5.61,P 〈 0.05）.The pain relief time,pain disappear time,scab in rash time in observation group were shorter than those in control group [（1.3±0.5）d vs （3.4 ±1.2）d,（4.2±1.6）d vs （6.3 ±l.5）d,（6.5±1.9）d vs （8.2 ±1.7）d] （P 〈 0.01）.There was no post-herpetic neuralgia and adverse reaction in observation group;there were 2 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia and 2 patients with gastrointestinal intolerance in control group.Conclusion Kangfuxin liqiud combined with famciclovir is a safe and effective method to treat the herps zoster.
