摘　　要：随着改革开放的不断深入,我国人民生活水平得到了全面改善,政治、经济、文化、军事、教育等各个领域取得了翻天覆地的变化,城市化进程越来越快。特别是近期提到的新农村建设,城市面积的不断扩大,使得城市和乡镇的距离越来越近。农村同城市不同,保持着丰富的中国情结,深厚的传统文化命脉,在城市化进程发展的过程中,如果不对文化景观加以保护,那么蕴含在广大农村的文化积淀就会随之而去,使城市越来越国际化、现代化,而就会越来越缺乏地域感、领域感。因此,对文化景观的保护与发展最终关系到国家整体新农村规划战略的成败。With the deepening of reform and opening up,Chinese people＇s living standard has been improving,the fields of politics, economy, culture, military, education has made changes in city turn the world upside down ,the process of getting faster and faster. Especially the new rural construction recently mentioned,city space expands ,the distance from the city and township closer.The city is different, maintained a rich China complex, profound traditional cultural lifeline, the process of city development in the process of cultural landscape,if not protected,as contained in the vast rural culture would go,make the city more and more internationalization, modernization, and will be more and more the lack of sense of place, the field feeling.Therefore, the cultural landscape protection and development related to the overall success or failure of the new rural planning strategy.
