摘  要:风电功率的波动性使得风电场既对系统频率缺乏支撑作用,又可能对系统频率产生污染。因此从考虑系统调频需求的角度出发,根据风电场运行信息和系统实时频率偏差等信息对风电场运行模式进行划分,并针对不同调控模式计算相应调控量,调整风电场功率输出,参与系统调频。算例分析表明,采用本文调控策略,风电场能够较好地参与系统频率调整,缩短频率异常时间。The fluctuation of wind power makes the supporting role of wind farm lacking in system frequency regulation,and may have the effect of polluting system frequency.This paper proposes a strategy of wind farm power regulation considering system frequency regulation demand.According to the operational information of the wind farm and system real-time frequency deviation,the operation mode of the wind farm is divided.The frequency-modulated margin is calculated based on the different regulation modes and the wind power output is regulated.The example analysis shows that the wind farm can support the system frequency regulation by the proposed strategy and reduce the abnormal time of system frequency.
