摘 要:两极电机转子结构复杂且在周向不对称,很难精确计算临界转速,并常常需要工作在较高转速,部分柔性转子工作在一阶和二阶临界转速之间,临界转速准确计算难度大但非常必要。在传统阶梯轴传递矩阵法计算临界转速理论的基础上,将两极电机转子等效成刚性轴和带惯量质量点组合的模型,详细阐述了两极电机转子的等效方法。通过数据和案例计算分析,验证了该方法的准确性和实用性。The rotor structure of 2 P motor is complex,and the radial stiffness of the rotor is unbalance in the circumferential direction,in result,the accurate calculation of the rotor critical speed is difficult. The rotor often works at a high speed,for example,some flexible rotor needs to work between the first and second order critical speed. Thus accurate calculation of the rotor critical speed is necessary. Based on the theory of transfer matrix method to calculate the critical speed of the stepped shaft,the 2 P motor rotor was equivalent to a rigid shaft and some mass points with rotational inertia,and the corresponding equivalent method were explained in detail. The method is verified by calculating and analyzing actual cases,and it is convenient in engineering application.
