摘 要:针对目前电动汽车驱动电机控制软件的开发复杂、周期长等问题,采用基于模型的电机控制算法,对永磁同步电机矢量控制算法进行了研究。通过MATLAB/Simulink/Rtw实时仿真环境设计永磁同步电机矢量控制算法,并实现代码的自动生成与优化。针对电动汽车的起动、加速两种常见工况,完成了模型仿真试验。在电动汽车驱动电机及测功机系统测试平台上模拟这两种行驶工况,实现电机在中、低速环境下的稳定运行,验证FOC算法良好的调速性能,降低了电动汽车驱动电机控制软件的开发难度,缩短了产品的开发周期。Based on the complexity,long cycle of the drive motor control software development for electric vehicle,the method which is based on model was adopted. The field oriented control( FOC) for permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) was researched. Then,through the MATLAB /Simulink /Rtw,the FOC algorithm was designed,which realizes the code generation and optimization. For the two kinds of electric vehicle running conditions,starting and accelerating,model simulation experiments were completed. Finally, using the drive motor of electric vehicle and dynamometer system measurement platform,the two kinds of running conditions were simulated,which implements the stable operation for the PMSM in medium and low speed conditions. The result validates the FOC has a good performance on speed regulating,and reduces the development difficulty,shortens the product development cycle.
