摘 要:以川东獐牙菜为试材,用有机溶剂法进行熊果酸物质的提取,用5%香草醛—冰醋酸和高氯酸体系对熊果酸进行显色处理,并采用分光光度法测定川东獐牙菜中熊果酸的含量.实验通过正交结果表明川东獐牙菜熊果酸物质提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度45(℃),提取时间60(min),乙醇浓度70%,料液比1 10(g/m L).在此提取条件下,川东獐牙菜熊果酸的提取率为3.130%高于平均提取率2.787%.Daviditin is used as the test materials,ursolic acid substances are extracted with an organic solvent method,uses 5% vanillin- glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid for color development,and Daviditin ursolic acid are mersured using the Spectrophotometry. Experimental results show that the optimum conditions of Daviditin ursolic acid substances are: the extraction temperature is 45 degrees,the extraction time is 1h,the ethanol concentration is 70%,and the solid-liquid ratio is 1 10( g / m L). In this extraction conditions,the extraction rate of the Daviditin ursolic acid is higher,and the extraction rate is 3. 130% higher than the average extraction yield 2. 787%.
