摘　　要：目的分析中段胰腺切除治疗胰腺良性或低度恶性肿瘤的效果。方法选取该院收治的24例行中段胰腺切除术的胰腺良性或低度恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用回顾性方式分析其临床资料。结果所有患者手术圆满成功,无手术死亡案例出现,术后发生不同程度的并发症,包括1例胰瘘,2例消化道出血,1例腹腔积液,2例新发糖尿病。对患者进行为期3年的随访,所有患者均健在,且身体状况显示良好。结论中段胰腺切除术是一种治疗胰腺颈体部良性或低度恶性肿瘤非常行之有效的方式,能提高手术的安全性和有效性,降低并发症的发生率,值得在临床上推广。Objective To analyze the effect of middle pancreatectomy for benign or low-grade malignant pancreatic tumor. Methods 24 cases of patients with benign or low-grade malignant pancreatic tumor underwent middle pancreatectomy were selected as the subjects, and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The surgery of all the patients was completed successfully. And no operative deaths occurred. Various complications occurred postoperatively, including 1 case of pancreatic fistula, 2cases of gastrointestinal bleeding, 1 case of pyoperitoneum, 2 cases of new-onset diabetes. The patients are followed up for a period of three years, all of them are alive, and have good physical condition. Conclusion Middle pancreatectomy is a very effective way for the treatment of benign or low-grade tumor of the neck and body of the pancreas, which can improve the safety and effectiveness of surgery, reduce the incidence of complications, and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
