汉川市达到血吸虫病传播控制标准的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 评估汉川市达到血吸虫病传播控制的防治效果. 方法 按照《血吸虫病防治地区达标评估方案》的要求,采取查看资料和现场抽样调查相结合的方法进行考核评估.审核近2年以行政村为单位的血吸虫病病情、螺情变化和防治工作方面的数据资料;随机抽取3个乡（镇）,每个乡（镇）随机抽取1个行政村进行现场考核,调查常住人口、散养家畜的病情,以及近3年查出钉螺且人畜活动频繁环境的钉螺感染情况. 结果 2013年底在汉川市现场抽查了3个乡（镇）的3个村,共调查居民1 484人,其中间接血球凝集试验检查血清1 484人,阳性25人,阳性率为1.68％（25/1 484）;血检阳性者全部粪检,均未查到血吸虫病患者.截止2013年,汉川市耕牛全部淘汰.资料显示,汉川市已连续7年未发生急性血吸虫病.调查4个有螺环境,面积55.96ha（1 ha =10000m2）、查螺1 516框,捕获钉螺88只;查获活螺5只,未发现感染性钉螺.资料显示,汉川市在考核前2年未查获感染性钉螺.汉川市已建立了以行政村为单位,能反映当地血吸虫病病情、螺情等变化的血吸虫病防治档案资料. 结论 对照我国《血吸虫病控制和消灭标准》（GB15976-2006）,汉川市各项疫情指标已达到了血吸虫病传播控制标准.Objective To evaluate the effects of achieving schistosomiasis transmission control standards in Hanchuan City.Methods According to the requirements of National Assessment Scheme for Schistosomiasis Control,the data were checked,and the field sampling was carried out.The schistosomiasis control status was assessed and analyzed,mainly in three randomly-selected villages of 3 towns.The morbidities in residents and free-grazing livestock were checked,and the snail investigations were done in these villages.Results By the field surveys,a total of 1 484 residents in 3 villages were examined by indirect hemagglutination test method,among them 25 were sero-positive,with a positive rate of 1.68 %（25/1 484）.No positive cases were identified by stool examination method.No buffaloes were seen in these 3 villages.No acute schistosomiasis cases were found for seven years.Oncomelania hupensis snails were surveyed systemically and completely,and no infected snails were detected.The data and documents were systemic and continuous,which could reflect the changes of schistosomiasis status and Oncomelania hupensis snail situation.Conclusion According to the Criteria for Control and Elimination of Schistosomiasis in China（GB 15976-2006）,all epidemic indexes of schistosomiasis control reached the transmission control standards in Hanchuan City.
