京津冀区域一体化中的现代商贸合作研究

摘　　要：2014年开始的京津冀区域一体化战略将使北京、天津、河北实现优势互补,优化区域分工和产业布局,推进首都经济圈和环渤海城市群建设。笔者认为,京津冀区域商贸合作的必要性在于它既是区域一体化战略及产业协同发展的要求,也是商贸行业寻求自身变革的选择,为此,基于京津冀区域目前商贸业的发展现状及实践中的创新,笔者提出,在京津冀区域商贸合作中,应在突出现代商贸服务功能,创新合作模式,构建现代商贸体系,推动传统商贸企业改革及转型等方面探寻新的合作路径。The strategy of regional integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province,which started in 2014,will contribute to the complementary advantages and optimization of the regional industrial division and distribution in the three areas. The strategy will promote the construction of Capital Economic Circle and Behai Urban Cluster.The present author of this paper believes that the necessity for Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province to seek the regional cooperation in developing trade and commerce industries lies in the fact that the cooperation reflects the requirement of regional integration and that of coordinated development of various industries. Besides,it is chosen by trade and commerce industries to realize its self-generated changes. Based on the present situation and creation in the development of commerce and trade industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province,the author proposes that the service function of modern trade and commerce industries should be highlighted in developing trade and commerce cooperation between different regions in these areas New models of cooperation need to be created and a modern commerce and trade industrial system constructed. As a result,a new cooperation path needs to be sought for promoting the reform and transformation in traditional trading and commercial businesses.
