资源及能力视域下知识、技术密集型中小微企业成长力HSM分析及强化路径

摘　　要：针对我国知识、技术密集型中小微企业成长力弱、资源管理不科学、研发能力欠缺等不良现象,笔者构建其成长力管理框架,对其成长机理进行深层次剖析,鉴于资源及能力观研究综述列示驱动成长的资源能力集,运用德尔菲法从中获取企业成长力的相关影响因素,基于因素间交互影响考察而进行递阶结构模型(HSM)分析。研究发现:政府扶助政策、技术和管理创新能力、组织变革能力、技术水平对企业成长力具有关键性影响。基于此,探究其成长力强化路径,涉及到企业成长策略及政府扶助政策,以有效提高企业绩效,实现战略性成长目标。研究结论为当前我国知识、技术密集型中小微企业成长扶助及规划管制给出经验证据及决策依据。Aiming at weak growth ability,unscientific resource management and R＆D ability deficiency of knowledge and technology-intensive medium,small and micro enterprises,the author constructed growth ability management framework,dissected growth mechanism deeply,listed resource and ability set based on resourcebased view and competence-based view literature review,acquired related influencing factors of enterprise growth ability by Delphi,and made hierarchical structure model（ HSM） analysis on account of investigation on reciprocal effect between factors. The results showed that governmental policy support,technology and management innovation ability,organizational reform ability,technical level have key influence on enterprise growth ability. Based on this,the paper explored enterprise growing ability strengthening paths,involving enterprise growth strategy and supportive state policies,in order to effectively improve enterprise performance and realize growth objectives strategically.Research conclusions provided empirical evidence and decision-making basis for growth support,planning and control of knowledge,technology-intensive micro,small and medium enterprises currently in our country.
