“网络透穴”针法治疗顽固性周围性面瘫的临床疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的:评价"网络透穴"针法治疗顽固性周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将顽固性周围性面瘫患者按随机数字表法分为"网络透穴"针法组和常规针法组。分别采用"网络透穴"针法和常规针法,于入组当天、治疗3个疗程后采用Portmann评分进行疗效评价。结果:治疗3个疗程后,"网络透穴"针法组Portmann评分明显高于同组治疗前和常规针法组(P<0.05),且"网络透穴"针法组临床疗效优于常规针法组(P<0.05)。结论:"网络透穴"针法是一种治疗顽固性周围性面瘫的有效方法。Objective： To evaluate the ＂clinical network point through point＂ acupuncture therapy in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis. Methods： A prospective randomized study, 60 cases of intractable facial paralysis were divided into ＂network point through point＂ acupuncture group of 30 eases and routine acupuncture group of 30 cases. The treatment group applied general treatment and ＂network point through point＂ acupuncture therapy, control group used general therapy plus conventional acupuncture group, after 3 courses of treatment were evaluated by Portmann score. Results： The ＂ network of point through point＂ acupuncture group after 3 course of treatment Portmann score was significantly higher than that of the same group before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; and the therapy ＂ network point through point＂ acupuncture group Portmann was higher than that of routine acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; 3 course of treatment after the ＂network through point,＂ acupuncture clinical curative effect is better than that of routine acupuncture group （P 〈 0.05） ; routine acupuncture group before and after treatment Portmann score was not significantly different （P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： ＂ network point through point＂ method is an effective method for treatment of intractable facial paralysis around.
