利维爱治疗绝经后2型糖尿病合并复发性泌尿生殖道感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察利维爱(7-甲异炔诺酮)治疗2型糖尿病合并复发性泌尿生殖道感染的临床效果。方法 23例绝经后2型糖尿病合并复发性泌尿生殖道感染患者予以利维爱口服(1.25 mg/d)6个月。于治疗后1、3、6个月复诊,观察患者泌尿生殖道感染的改善情况及药物不良反应、子宫内膜厚度及乳腺检查、空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后2 h血糖(2 h BG)、身高、体重、血压情况。结果治疗1个月之后所有患者均未再复发泌尿生殖道感染,治疗期间无阴道流血病例;治疗后3个月及6个月子宫内膜厚度无明显变化,乳腺无增生;治疗6个月后FBG、2 h BG、体质量指数(BMI)、血压均无明显变化(P>0.05);未见明显药物不良反应。结论利维爱治疗绝经后2型糖尿病合并复发性泌尿生殖道感染效果显著,复发率低,副作用小,安全性高,易被患者接受。Objective To investigate the effect of livial（7-methyl isobutyl norethindrone） in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with recurrent urogenital tract infection in postmenopausal women. Methods Selected 23 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with recurrent urogenital tract infection in postmenopausal women as research objects. Each patient had taken livial（1.25 mg/d） for 6 months. After treatment for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, observed improvement in urogenital tract infection, drug adverse reaction, endometrial thickness and breast examination, fasting blood glucose（FBG）, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose（2 h BG）, height, weight and blood pressure. Results After treatment for 1 month, all cases had no recurrence of urogenital tract infection, no cases of vaginal bleeding during treatment. Treatment of 3 months and 6 months later, no obvious change of endometrial thickness, no hyperplasia of breast. After 6 months of treatment, FBG, 2 h BG, body mass index（BMI）, blood pressure had no significant changes（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Effect of livial in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with recurrent urogenital tract infection in postmenopausal women is obviously with low recurrence rate, little side effect, high safety, and easily accepted by patients.
