图文式康复指导在脑出血术后患者肢体功能锻炼中的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨图文式康复指导在脑出血术后患者肢体功能锻炼中的效果。方法选取2011年1月至2012年5月我院神经外科收治的60例脑出血术后患者为对照组,2012年6月至2013年12月收治的同类60例脑出血术后患者设为实验组。对照组采用常规的说教式的方法指导功能锻炼,观察组采用图文并茂的康复资料进行指导,比较两组患者的康复效果。结果观察组在术后60天的FMA和MBI指数、并发症发生等方面效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.005)。在病人满意度、康复知识掌握程度等方面也优于传统的说教式的指导(P<0.005)。结论图文式的功能锻炼指导方法,可以和病人积极互动,鼓励病人早期进行功能锻炼,减少并发症和对他人的依赖,提高病人的日常生活自理能力,最大可能的让病人回归社会,减轻家庭和社会的负担。Objective To investigate the effect of graphic style guide rehabilitation in limb function exercise of cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods 60 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to the neurosurgery department of our hospital during January 2011 and May 2012 were collected as the control group,another 60 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted during June 2012 and December 2013 were chosen as observation group. Patients in the control group used conventional didactic methods to guide functional training,while the patients in observation group were given graphic style functional exercise instruction method for rehabilitation. Compared recure effects of the two groups. Results The index of FMA and MBI,complications and other effects 60 daysafter operationof observer group were significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 005）. The satisfactory degree,degree of mastering rehabilitation knowledge of observer group were superior to the control group（ P〈0. 005）. Conclusions Graphic style functional exercise instruction method can activate the interaction between doctors and patient,encourage patients to do early functional exercises,reduce complications and dependence on others,improve the patient ＇s activities of daily living,maximize the possibility of patients return to the society,reduce the burden of families and society.
