个性化结肠镜预约处方在高血压患者结肠镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察个性化结肠镜预约处方在高血压患者结肠镜检查中的应用的效果。方法 103例准备行结肠镜检查的高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组52例,采用个性化结肠镜预约处方;对照组51例,采用常规普通处方。对比两组患者预约时和检查前的血压焦虑程度及肠道准备情况。结果预约时,两组血压的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);检查前,观察组血压较预约时降低、且低于同期的对照组(P<0.01),而对照组检查前的血压较预约时的升高(P<0.01)。检查前,观察组患者的焦虑程度较预约时明显降低(Hc=10.797,P<0.01),且低于同期的对照组(Hc=7.505,P<0.01)。观察组肠道准备的合格率较对照组高(96.2%vs 82.4%,P<0.05)。观察组患者肠道清洁度亦明显优于对照组(Hc=5.076,P<0.05)。结论高血压患者行结肠镜检查时采用个性化结肠镜预约处方可有效降低患者的焦虑情况,避免患者检查前血压的上升,还可提高肠道准备的合格率。Objective To investigate the application efficacy of individualappointment of prescription in bowel preparation for colonoscopy in patients with hypertension. Methods 103 patients with hypertension and intendedundergoing routinecolonoscopy were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 52） and control group（ n =53）. The patients in control group were provided individualappointment of prescription,while patients in the other group were given routine prescription. The blood pressure,anxiety and cleaning level of bowl were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the level of hypertension between the two groups when appointment. At the time before examination,the level of blood pressure and anxiety of observation group were decreased and were significantly lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）,howeverthe condition was reverse in the control group. The percent of pass of bowel preparation and cleaning levelof observation group（ 96.2%） were higher than the control group（ 82. 4%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The application of individual appointment of prescription in bowel preparation for colonoscopy in patients with hypertension can eliminate the anxiety effectively,avoid the rise of blood pressure before colonoscopy and improve the percent of pass of bowel preparation.
