优质护理服务在先兆早产中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的总结为先兆早产的孕妇提供优质护理服务的相关应用体会。方法选取我院在2010年2月至2012年12月间收治的72例先兆早产的孕妇,随机将其分作两组,Ⅰ组36例行常规护理,Ⅱ组36例行常规护理的同时,另接受优质护理服务。观察记录两组患者护理效果。结果Ⅰ组满意率与Ⅱ组满意率分别为75.00%(27/36)、94.44%(34/36),Ⅰ组明显低于Ⅱ组,P<0.05。Ⅰ组平均住院天数多高于Ⅱ组住院天数,P<0.05。结论临床护理人员为先兆早产患者提供优质护理服务,可以有效缩短患者住院的天数,提升患者舒适度,具有推广价值。Objective To sum up the experience of applying high quality nursing care in pregnant women with threatened preterm labor. Methods 72 cases of pregnant womensuffered fromthreatened preterm labor,and got therapy in our hospital during February 2010 and December 2012,were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group,32 cases in each group. Women in control group were given routine care,while the pregnant in observation group were given high quality nursing care on the base of routine care,and observed the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of control group（ 27 /36,75. 00%）significantly lower than that of observation group（ 34 /36,94. 44%）（ P〈0. 05）. The average hospitalized time of control group was more than that of observationgroup（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions High quality care can effectively shorten the days of hospitalization,increase patients＇ comforts,worth of clinical application.
