优质护理服务在经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探究优质护理服务在经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的临床护理效果。方法选取本院经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症患者196例,将患者随机分为护理组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规护理,护理组患者在常规护理内容上实施优质护理服务,对比观察护理合格率及护理满意度。结果护理组患者护理合格率达到91.8%,护理服务满意率达到95.9%,护理效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够有效提升经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症护理质量,提升患者满意度,值得进行深入推广及应用。Objective To explore the clinical application efficacy of high quality nursing service in treating hyperplasia of prostate with transurethral resection method. Methods Prostatic hyperplasia patients,n =196,who received transurethral resection of the prostate were employed in this study,and they were randomly divided into nursing group and control group. Patients in the control group were given routine care,while the patients in nursing group were supplied with high quality nursing service on the basis of conventional nursing.Recorded and compared the qualification rate and satisfaction on nursing. Results Qualification rate and satisfaction rate of nursing group reached91. 8% and 95. 9% separately,and significantly precede those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions High quality nursing care can effectively enhance the quality of care in transurethral resection,improve patients＇ satisfaction,worthy of further promotion and application.
