5S 管理法在麻醉恢复室感染控制中的应用

摘　　要：目的：运用5S管理法规范麻醉恢复室感染控制制度和措施。方法通过应用整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养5项管理法，加强麻醉恢复室及附属区域感染控制管理。结果空气培养含尘浓度自2009年的4211．3粒/L下降至2013年的2600．4粒/L，麻醉恢复室空气培养非致病菌落浓度从2009年2个/20 cm2下降至2013年0个/20 cm2，自使用5S管理法以来，入恢复室患者无一例出现交叉感染，并建立了规范的感染管理制度，空气检测结果取得明显进步。结论5S管理法能有效提高麻醉恢复室感染控制管理水平。Objective To apply “5S procedure” in the improvement of post-anesthesia care unit infection control system.Methods To apply “5S procedure”, including “Seiri”,“Seiton”, “Seiso”,“Seiktsu” and “Shitsuke” which originated from Japan , to control and enhance the post-anesthesia care unit infection.Results Aerial detection result was decreased from 4 211.3 granule/L in 2009 to 2 600.4 granule/L in 2013 .Nonpathogenic bacteria fall was decreased from 2/20 cm2 in 2009 to 0/20 cm2 in 2013 .After applying the 5S procedure, there was no cross infection patient .And the normative infection control system was built up and the aerial detection result was significantly improved .Conclusions 5S procedure can effectively improve the level of post-anesthesia care unit infection control .
