责任组长质控日志在优质护理服务中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨责任组长质控日志在优质护理服务中应用的方法及效果。方法根据优质护理服务标准建立科室责任组长质控日志，由责任组长将检查组员存在的问题记录在质控日志上，护士长再进行复查，及时反馈督促整改。比较实施责任组长质控日志前后护理服务质量和患者对护士工作满意度。结果责任组长质控日志应用后患者满意度98．3％，护士护理文件书写合格率96．0％，健康教育合格率98．3％，专科护理合格率94．3％，基础护理合格率96．6％，均高于应用前，差异均有统计学意义（χ2值分别为19．98，9．27，9．05，4．88，6．21；P＜0．05）。结论应用责任组长质控日志是不断提高优质护理服务质量的有效方法。Objective To explore the methods and effects of “quality control log of responsibility leader” on the high quality of nursing service .Methods From January 2013, we established quality control log of responsible leader according to the standards of excellent quality nursing service .Responsible leader examined the problems and recorded them in the quality control log , and head nurse reviewed it to rectify in time .The quality of nursing service was compared before and after using the quality control log .Results After 4 months using the quality control log , satisfaction of nurses , passing rate of nursing documents and health education , passing rate of specific and basic nursing were 98.3%,96.0%,98.3%,94.3% and 96.6%, respectively. There were significant differences compared with before using the quality control log （χ2 =19.98,9.27,9.05, 4.88,6.21, respectively;P〈0.05）.Conclusions The quality control log of responsible leader is an effective method to improve the high quality nursing service .
