摘　　要：目的建立湛江地区汉族健康人群血清缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)的参考区间。方法采用白蛋白钴结合(ACB)法检测1 071名健康人群血清IMA含量,其中城市542人、农村529人,男536人、女535人,分别对城乡之间、男女之间、各年龄段之间进行分组比较。结果城乡之间、男女之间的参考区间经Z检验可予以合并,各年龄组之间经Kruskal-Wallis H检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。检测结果呈偏态分布,取单侧的第95百分位值建立健康人群血清IMA参考区间为<83.35 U/ml。结论湛江地区健康人群血清IMA参考区间略低于厂商提供的参考区间,亦有别于以往文献报道的以白蛋白钴结合力(ACB值)作为IMA参考区间的报告形式,因此建立该实验室IMA的生物参考区间非常必要。Objective To establish the ischemia-modified albumin（IMA） reference interval in healthy population of Han nationality in Zhanjiang area.Methods IMA contents were detected by albumin cobalt binding（ACB） test in 1 071 healthy people,including 536 males and 535 females,542 people from urban and 529 people from rural area.Then the test results were compared between males and females,urban area and rural area,as well as different age groups.Results The reference intervals of males and females,urban area and rural area can be combined by Z-test,and there was no significant statistical difference among different age groups by Kruskal-Wallis H test（P〉0.05）.The IMA results of reference population showed skewed distribution.The IMA reference interval was set under 83.35 U/ml for healthy population by unilateral 95th percentile.Conclusion The reference interval of IMA was a little lower than that provided by the manufacturer in Zhanjiang,and different from the early reporting format by ACB.So it is necessary to establish the biological reference interval of IMA.
