血清游离脂肪酸测定在中心肥胖型高血压患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中心肥胖型高血压患者血清游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)浓度变化及其与肥胖、高血压及胰岛素水平的关系。方法收集86例中心肥胖型高血压患者(G1组)、79例中心肥胖型无高血压患者(G2组)和82例正常对照者(G3组),分别测定血清FFA、胰岛素水平、血压及腰围等人体一般指标。结果空腹状态下G1组FFA明显高于G2、G3组(P<0.05),G1、G2组INS明显高于G3组(P<0.05)。口服葡萄糖2 h后,G1、G2组胰岛素水平显著高于G3组。空腹FFA与腰围、腰臀比、体重指数、血压、空腹胰岛素水平及口服葡萄糖2 h后胰岛素水平成显著正相关。结论中心肥胖型高血压患者血清游离脂肪酸浓度明显升高,并与其血压、腰围、腰臀比、体重指数、血清胰岛素浓度呈显著正相关。Objective To investigate the change of serum FFA（free fatty acid） concentrations in central obesity-related hypertensive patients and the relationship between serum FFA levels and obesity,blood pressure,insulin level.Methods Eighty-six central obesity-related hypertensive cases（G1 group）,79 central obese normotensive cases（G2 group） and 82 healthy cases（G3 group） were Selected to determine the serum free fatty acid（FFA） level,insulin levels,blood pressure,waist circumference and other indexes of body.Results Fasting serum FFA concentrations in G1 group were significantly higher than those in G2 group and G3 group（P〈0.05）.Fasting serum insulin levels in G1 group and G2 group were much higher than those in G3 group（P〈0.05）.Serum insulin levels in G1 group and G2 group were obviously higher than those in G3 group at 2 h after oral glucose.Fasting serum FFA concentration was positively correlated with waist circumference（WC）,waist/hip ratio（WHpR）,body mass index（BMI）,blood pressure,fasting serum insulin levels and serum insulin levels at 2 h after oral glucose.Conclusion The concentration of FFA in patients with central obesity-related hypertension is markedly elevated.Fasting serum FFA concentration is positively related to blood pressure,waist circumference,WHpR,BMI and insulin levels in central obesity-related hypertensive individuals.
