在校大学生血脂等生化指标调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查在校大学生血脂等生化指标状况。方法采用全自动生化分析仪对随机整群抽样的47名在校大学生的血清生化指标进行检测,并用SPSS 16.0统计软件分析结果。结果总计有17例生化指标异常,女生7人9项,男生10人17项,血清生化指标超出正常值范围的检出率依次为:总胆固醇(27.7%)、尿酸(12.8%)、甘油三酯(8.5%)、低密度脂蛋白(2.1%)以及低血糖(4.3%);总胆固醇合并甘油三酯异常的占总胆固醇异常的30.8%;女生血清高密度脂蛋白平均值高于男生(P<0.05)。结论大学生五项血脂生化指标异常人数占调查人数的36.2%,说明大学生的健康状况不容乐观,且男生较女生问题严重,应当引起社会、家庭及个人的足够重视。Objective To investigate the status of biochemical indexes including blood lipid in college students.Methods Forty-seven students in college were randomly sampled to detect serum biochemical indicators by automatic biochemical analyzer（Neusoft-400）.Then the results were analyzed using statistic software SPSS 16.0.Results Eight biochemical indexes were found abnormal in 17 college students,9 items in 7 female students and 17 items in 10 male students.The biochemical indexes exceeding the normal value range were total cholesterol（27.7%）,uric acid（12.8%）,triglyceride（8.5%）,low density lipoprotein（2.1%）,hypoglycemia（4.3%） in turn.The cases with both total cholesterol and triglyceride abnormal accounted for30.8% of the total cholesterol abnormal cases.The average of high-density lipoprotein was higher in females than males（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The ratio of 5 serum biochemical indexes abnormal was 36.2% in all the college students.The health condition of college students was not optimistic,especially the males,needing enough attention of the society,family and individuals.
