雾化吸入沐舒坦联合酮替芬治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨雾化吸入沐舒坦(盐酸氨溴索注射液)联合酮替芬治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床治疗效果。方法 81例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,根据治疗方法随机分为治疗组47例和对照组34例,对照组:口服酮替芬,年龄>5岁,1 mg/次,2次/d;年龄≤5岁,0.5 mg/次,2次/d;治疗组在口服酮替芬基础上,加用沐舒坦注射液15 mg雾化吸入,15 min/次,2次/d。疗程为7 d。结果治疗组治愈31例,显效10例,好转5例,无效1例;对照组治愈17例,显效6例,好转6例,无效5例。两组患儿治疗后均取得较好疗效,治愈组治愈、显效及总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入沐舒坦联合酮替芬治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation mucosolvan combined with ketotifen in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.MethodsSelected 81 cases of cough variant asthma and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group, control group： oral ketotifen, Age〉5 years old, 1mg, twice a day; age〈5 years old, 0.5 mg, twice a day; treatment group on the basis of oral ketotifen for mucosolvin injection 15 mg, 15 min/time, twice a day for 7 days.ResultsCure, effective and total effictive rate of treatment group were better than control group, difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. ConclusionAerosol inhalation mucosolvan combined with ketotifen have a significant effect in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma, so it is worthy of clinical application.
