克霉唑栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察克霉唑栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将95例霉菌性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(47例),观察组患者采用克霉唑栓,对照组患者采用苦参凝胶进行治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。结果观察组总有效率(97.92%)显著高于对照组(87.23%)(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发3例(6.25%),对照组复发6例(12.8%),观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论克霉唑栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎安全有效,值得临床借鉴。Objective To observe curative effect of clotrimazole suppositories clinical for the treatment of mould sex vaginitis.MethodsAccording to random number table method, 95 mould sex vaginitis patients were randomly divided into observation group （48 cases） and control group （47caers）, observation group was treated with clotrimazole suppositories, control group was treated by sophora gel treatment, continuous treatment for 14 d. ResultsTotal effective rate of observation group（97.92%） was significantly higher than control group（87.23%）, P〈0.05; incidence of adverse reactions of two groups have no significant difference,P〈0.05; observation group recurrence 3 patients（6.25%）, recurrence of control group 6 cases（12.8%）, observation group recurrence rate was significantly lower than control group,P〈0.05）.ConclusionClotrimazole suppositories is safe and effective in treating mould sex vaginitis, so it is worthy of clinical reference.
