摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)后的护理措施。方法建立了内镜室护士与病房护士当面交接制度和病房管床护士负责制,危重患者由高年资护士护理,并根据患者的具体情况施行个体化护理措施。结果施行相应的护理措施后,患者满意度由75%提高至91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理过程中发现的问题增加,避免了较大医疗事故的发生。结论经过护理措施的改进,EMR后的护理质量明显提高。ObjectiveTo improve the nursing measures and enhance the nursing quality after the endoscopic mucosal resection（EMR）.MethodsEndoscopy room nurses and ward nurses face-to-face handover system and ward nurse responsibility system were established, the first ward nurse reponsible for severe patient, individualized treatment measures performed according to the circumstances of patients.ResultsAfter corresponding nursing measures, the satisfaction degree of patients increased significantly from 75% to 91%, more problems found in the process of nursing, so as to prevent the occurrence of medical accident.ConclusionAfter improvement of nursing measures, nursing quality improved obviously after EMR.
