摘  要:我国磷矿品位低,湿法磷酸中杂质较多,净化湿法磷酸对扩大其使用领域、提高企业的经济效益具有十分重要的意义。实验研究以正戊醇作为萃取剂,采用溶剂萃取法净化湿法磷酸的工艺条件。结果表明,正戊醇萃取青海西部化肥有限责任公司浓缩磷酸的最佳条件为相比4,萃取时间15 min,搅拌强度300 r/min,萃取温度35℃,最佳反萃取剂加入量为萃取剂体积的35%。The grade of phosphate ore in our country is low and there are many impurities in the wet-process phosphoric acid. The purification of wet-process phosphoric acid has important significance in expanding its application fields and increasing enterprise economic benefits. Process conditions of purifying wet-process phosphoric acid were studied with solvent extraction method by using n-pentanol as the extractant. The results showed that the optimum conditions of purifying we phosphoric acid produced in Qinghai Western Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.,By n-amyl alcohol were that the phase ratio of 4 ∶ 1,the extraction time of 15 min,stirring intensity of 300 r /min,extraction temperature of 35℃ and the vest volume of stripping agent was 35% of the extractant volume.
