摘　　要：目的：探讨济南市体检人群癌胚抗原水平及其与影响因素的相关性。方法：选择2012年9月至2012年11月内来自济南市内至本院体检且结果正常的人群，共1601例。检测人群的CEA水平，并分别对人群的性别、年龄、血糖等影响因素进行对比和统计学参数分析。结果：男性中年龄、血糖均对CEA水平有影响即有统计学差异（P〈0.01）。结论：在非肿瘤的高龄和糖代谢异常等特定人群中，CEA检测值会高于其他正常人群。Objective：To explore the change and significance of carcinoembryonic antigen of Jinan check-up crowd and to analyze its correlation with influence factors.Methods：1601 healthy human clinical data from September 2012 to November 2012 were collected and compared parameter analysis.Results：The influence of age and blood glucose to the CEA levels in male is statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions：The CEA levels in older and a person with diabetes were higher than other normal people.
