高职院校健美操运动在女性职业形象培养中的作用探讨

摘　　要：为了挖掘健美操运动在女性职业形象培养中的作用,从女性职业形象的内涵、健美操的功能、价值,以及不同健身操塑形效果比较等方面出发,阐述了女性职业形象的重要性和健美操课程介入女性职业形象培养的必要性和途径,并认为当前健美操课程介入的突破口应从女生比较喜爱的有氧健身操项目入手,逐步规划基于不同专业培训和就业需要的健美操课程,着力为高职院校就业工作服务。In order to explore the role of aerobics exercise training in women ＇s professional image,from the connotation of women＇s professional image,function and value of aerobics,and compare the effect of different setting- up exercise shape and so on,this paper discuss the importance of the professional image and the utilization of aerobics on it. So,to improve it＇s influence,the emphasis of the new aerobics curriculum should be on the professional training and employment in the higher vocational colleges.
