银星养脑片治疗脑动脉硬化症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察银星养脑片治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床疗效。方法将2013年1～12月该院收治的60例确诊为脑动脉硬化症患者分为两组，对照组（31例）患者给予西比灵（盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊）5 mg，睡前服用，同时静脉滴注丹参注射液20 mL，每天1次；治疗组（29例）口服银星养脑片，每次3粒，每天3次。以2周为1个疗程，1个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组症状改善明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组经颅彩色多普勒超声（TCD）检测平均血流速度（Vm）及血管搏动指数（PI）相较于治疗前明显改善，也优于对照组各动脉的Vm及PI数值，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论银星养脑片对治疗脑动脉硬化症有较好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinxing Yangnao tablet for cerebral arteriosclerosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with diagnosed cerebral arteriosclerosis ,who were received in the hospital from January to December 2013 , were divided into two group：the control group（n=31） was given 5 mg sibelium before sleep and 20 mL Danshen injection for in travenous drip simultaneously,once a day;the treatment group（n=29） was with 3 Yinxing Yangnao tablets orally,three times a day. 2 weeks were a period of treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated after 1 period. Results The improvement of symptoms of the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the mean blood flow velocity（Vm） and pulsatility index（PI） value detected by color Doppler ultrasound（TCD） in the treatment group,which were sig nificantly better than the control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）,were improved obviously as compared with those before treatment. Conclusion Yinxing Yangnao tablet has a better curative effect on treating cerebral arteriosclerosis.
