摘　　要：目的:优选软脉灵颗粒最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以各投料药材干粉得率及干粉的指标性成分丹酚酸B含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法筛选工艺条件。结果:优选工艺为16味药材按一定比例混合,首先加8倍量水浸泡60min,沸后煎煮1 h;再分别加4、3倍量水,沸后各煎煮0.5h。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定、合理可行。Objective Optimal best extraction condition of Ruan Mai-Ling granules.Method Ginseng powder feeding rate and dry study of the indicator of the ingredient content of salvianolic acid b indicator filter ruanmailing granule by orthogonal design optimal extraction conditions.Results Optimizing process are：16 mix the herbs in a certain,60min first add 8 times times the volume of water immersion,after boiling decoction 1 h;Plus 4,3 times the amount respectively water,boiling,boiling after 0.5 h.Conclusion Opti-mum extraction process of a stable,rational,viable.
