摘  要:目的:观察微创接骨板固定(minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis, MIPO)技术结合锁定加压接骨板(locking compression plate,LCP)内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对35例使用MIPO技术采用LCP治疗的四肢骨折病例资料进行分析。结果35例切口均1期愈合,平均手术时间71.53(37-145)min,术中平均出血183.74(50-450)ml,骨折平均愈合时间15.3(13-21)周,无骨延迟及畸形愈合,无内固定松动、断裂,无短缩,关节功能良好。结论 MIPO结合LCP技术治疗四肢骨折具有感染率低、组织损伤小、出血少、骨折愈合快、并发症少、功能恢复佳等优点。Objective To observe the curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis (MIPO) combined with lock-ing compression plate (LCP) in the internal fixation on limb fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 35 cases with limb fracture treated by MIPO combined with LCP. Results All the incisions were healed by first intention;the average length of operation time was 71.53min (from 37min to 145min);the average volume of bleeding in operation was 183.74ml (from 50ml to 450ml);the average healing time of fracture was 15.3 weeks (from 13 weeks to 21 weeks);no delayed healing nor malunion occurred;the internal fixation had no loosening, breaking down or shrinkage;the joint function recovered well. Conclusions The treatment of MI-PO combined with LCP for limb fracture is of the following advantages: low rate of infection, less tissue injury, less bleeding, quick healing, less complication and good recovery of function.
