妊娠高血压疾病产妇分娩前后血液流变学变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠高血压疾病产妇分娩前后血液流变学的变化。方法选取2013年1月—2014年2月本院收治的120例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象(观察组),另外选取同期本院的120例正常产妇为对照组,检测并比较两组患者产前及产后1、3 d血液流变学的变化情况。结果观察组患者产前及产后1、3 d时的血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血低切还原黏度以及红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后1、3 d时的血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血低切还原黏度以及红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数均均低于产前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压产妇的血流存在异常,各血液流变学指标均高于正常产妇,且分娩前后血液流变学呈持续性变化。Objective To explore the changes of hemorheology in the maternal with pregnancy-induced hypertension disease be-fore and after the puerpera childbirth. Methods 120 maternal with pregnancy-induced hypertension disease were selected as the research object （observation group） in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014, In addition, 120 cases of normal women were selected as control group in the same period in our hospital, the change of blood rheology in prenatal and postnatal 1, 3 d in two groups were tested and compared. Results The whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear re-duction viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index in observation group prenatal and postnatal 1, 3 d were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear reduction viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index in obser-vation group postnatal 1, 3 d were higher than prenatal, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gesta-tional hypertension, abnormal maternal blood, the blood rheology indexes were higher than normal women, and blood rheology be-fore and after childbirth is continuously changing.
