阴道前后壁修补联合补片在女性盆底重建手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的对应用阴道前后壁修补术联合补片对接受盆底重建手术的女性患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法将我院收治的30例接受盆底重建手术的女性患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组15例。采用常规盆底重建技术和材料对对照组患者实施治疗;采用阴道前后壁修补术联合补片方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者盆底重建手术治疗效果明显优于对照组(有效率分别为93.3%和60.0%);盆底手术操作时间(105.13±10.26)min、术后住院治疗时间(6.18±1.46)d、盆腔功能恢复正常时间(71.25±5.18)d明显短于对照组(143.96±14.25)min,(9.81±2.37)d,(97.83±7.14)d;手术期间出血量(118.62±19.54)mL明显少于对照组(169.06±22.19)mL;围术期不良反应率(6.7%)明显低于对照组(33.3%);盆腔重建术治疗效果满意度(93.3%)明显高于对照组(66.7%)。结论应用阴道前后壁修补术联合补片对接受盆底重建手术的女性患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。Objective Application of the anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair with patch female patients undergoing pelvic floor reconstruction operation of the implementation of the clinical effect of treatment for research. Methods 50 cases of female patients were randomly divided into received pelvic floor reconstruction operation forthe treatment group and the control group, 25 cases each of. Tocontrol the implementation of treatment group were treated with conventional pelvic floor reconstruction tech-niques and materials; theanterior and posterior vaginal wall repair with patch on the patients in the treatment group were treated. Results The treatment group patients with pelvic floor reconstruction operation treatment effect was better than the control group;pelvic operation time, postoperativehospitalization time, pelvic function recovery time was shorter than the control group; the amount of bleeding during the operation was obviously less than that of the control group; perioperative adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group;treatment effect of reconstruction of pelvic obvious satisfaction higher than the control group.Conclusion The application of anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair with patch female patients undergoingpelvic floor reconstruction operation of the implementation of the clinical treatment effect is very obvious.
