妊娠期高血压病产妇护理中优质护理的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期高血压病产妇护理中实施优质护理的临床效果。方法选择妊娠期高血压病患者96例,平均分为观察组和对照组各48例。针对本组的96例患者均行常规护理,针对观察组的48例患者,在常规护理的基础上,实施优质护理。对两组患者先兆子痫及子痫发生情况、分娩方式以及护理满意度等相关指标进行观察和统计。结果观察组患者先兆子痫及子痫发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者自然分娩率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者剖宫产率明显低于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05)观察组患者对本次护理效果的总满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于妊娠期高血压病疗效显著,有效降低了患者先兆子痫及子痫发生率,提高了患者满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality of nursing care of hypertensive disorder complicating preg-nancy maternal care. Methods 96 cases of patients with hypertension of pregnancy, divided into the observation group and the control group with 48 cases in each. Aiming at the group of 96 patients underwent conventional nursing, the observation group in 48 cases of patients, on the basis of routine care, the implementation of high quality nursing care. The two groups of patients with pre eclampsia and eclampsia relevant indicators, mode of delivery and nursing satisfaction were observed and statistics. Results Patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was sig-nificant （P〈0.05）;the patients in observation group and natural birth rate was significantly higher than the control group, the dif-ference was significant （P〈0.05）; the patients in observation group the rate of cesarean section was lower than that of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）, to observe the total satisfaction of the patients secondary care was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality of nursing applied to the effect of gesta-tional hypertension significantly, effectively reduce the incidence of pre eclampsia and eclampsia patients, improve patient satis-faction, worthy of promotion.
