摘　　要：随着工业制造的迅速发展,相关学科的融合为开展新技术和新方法奠定了尤为鉴定的基础,加之临床医生手术操作的娴熟,使得许多开放性手术被腔内手术取代,这大大增加了患者为手术选择的机会。腹腔手术作为近年来新发展起来的微创手术方法,在妇科外科手术中已得到十分广泛的应用。本文通过对相关临床资料进行分析,对妇科腹腔镜手术后恶心呕吐与麻醉方法的选择做一综述。with the rapid development of industrial manufacturing, the fusion of related disciplines to develop new technology and new methods laid the foundation of particularly appraisal, combined with the clinical doctor operation skillfully, many open surgery was replaced by the cavity operation, which greatly increases the chances of patients for surgical choice. Abdominal surgery as a new minimally invasive surgery method developed in recent years, in the gynecologic surgery has been very widely used. This arti-cle through to the related clinical data were analyzed, and the method of nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic surgery and anesthesia choice.
