对消渴病“重体质,轻症状”的临床探讨

摘　　要：2型糖尿病属中医消渴病范畴,临证往往拘泥三消辩证,但因之无症状者居多,尤其是初诊病人,几乎无证可辩,难以准确遣方用药。笔者临床观察发现:消渴病体质分型中以痰湿体质为主,而痰湿体质与胰岛素抵抗密切相关,本文通过温运太阴法改善患者痰湿体质,以有效治疗消渴病,并从理论依据及临床疗效两方面分析"重体质,轻症状"在消渴病治疗中的临床体会。(红笔标注的部分即为文章的写作目的及主要内容呢,望审核)Type 2 diabetes is diabetes medicine category, clinical often stick Sanxiao dialectical, but because of the silent majority, especially in newly diagnosed patients, almost asymptomatic, difficult to accurately prescriptions. The clinical observation： diabetes constitution types in phlegm dampness constitution, and phlegm dampness constitution is associated with insulin resistance,by Wen Yun lunar method improvement in patients with phlegm dampness constitution, in order to effectively treat diabetes, and analyze the ＂heavy constitution from two aspects of theory and clinical efficacy, clinical experience mild symptoms＂ in the treatment of diabetes.
