摘  要:注烟气开发稠油技术中,确定烟气酸凝结点温度已经成为避免发生低温酸腐蚀、提高注烟气采油安全性的关键。通过建立烟气在井筒中的流动与传热模型,计算了不同烟气成分及参数下沿井筒深度的酸凝结点,分析得到不同注入介质及参数对酸凝结点的影响规律。结果表明:烟气注入压力越高,水蒸气含量和三氧化硫含量越高,则烟气酸凝结点温度越高,酸凝结位置离井口越近;注入流量越大、注入温度越高,则井底温度越高,酸凝结位置离井口越远。提高注入温度和流量,降低注入压力,对烟气进行脱硫、脱水处理,可以防止井筒内出现酸凝结。In developing heavy oil by injecting flue gas,the acid dew point temperature of flue gas must be accurately determined to avoid low temperature acid corrosion and enhance the safety of oil production. The acid dew point temperature of flue gas in wellbore under different injection media and parameters is calculated by establishing the flue gas flow and heat transfer model of flue gas in wellbore,and the influencing laws of injection media and parameters on the acid dew point temperature of flue gas in wellbore are analyzed.The results show that when the higher the flue gas injection pressure and the content of water and sulphur trioxide in the flue gas,the higher the flue gas acid dew point temperature and the closer to the wellhead the acid condensation position in wellbore; the greater the injection flow rate and the higher the injection temperature,the smaller the flue gas temperature drop along the wellbore and the farther to the wellhead the acid condensation position in wellbore. So the acid condensation of flue gas in wellbore can be avoided by increasing injection temperature and flow rate,reducing injection pressure,desulfurizing and dehydrating.
