再论中国特色社会主义理论体系的主题  

Further Discussion on the Theme of Theoretical System for Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

摘　　要：关于中国特色社会主义理论体系主题或主线,概而言之,存在六种不同观点:"建设中国特色社会主义""什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义,建设什么样的党、怎样建设党,实现什么样的发展、怎样发展""发展""民族复兴""如何实现社会主义现代化""共同富裕"。前四个"主题"都有其各自的局限性。其实,中国特色社会主义理论体系的主题应集中体现中国共产党成立以来,特别是党在社会主义建设时期一以贯之的追求;应集中反映党在社会主义初级阶段的奋斗目标和建设中国特色社会主义的总任务;应既是中国特色社会主义理论的总题目,也是其实践的总题目,因此,"实现社会主义现代化"才是贯穿中国特色社会主义理论体系始终的主线、总揽各方的主题。而"共同富裕"可以视为社会主义现代化的本质、主题和主线。Generally speaking, there are six different views about the theme or mainline of the theoreticalsystem of socialism with Chinese characteristics as follows： （1） “The construction of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics”; （2） “What is socialism？ How to build socialism？ What kind of party to be built？ How tobuild the party？ What kind of development to be realized？ How to development”; （3） “Development”; （4）“National rejuvenation”; （5） “how to realize the socialist modernizations”; （6） “common prosperity”. Theprior four views has its rspective limitations. In fact, the theme or mainline of the theoretical system ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics should embody the consistent pursuit since the Chinese CommunistParty was founded, especially in the period of socialist construction; should reflect the Party’s ultimate goaland mission statement in the primary stage of socialism; should be the theoretical overall subject and also thepractical overall subject of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, “realization of socialistmodernizatios” is the mainline running through the theoretical system of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics, and is also the theme of the socialist construction. While, “common prosperity” can beregarded as the nature, theme and mainline of the socialist modernizations.
